Towing can be an excellent way to get some big air. It is also an excellent venue for training early flights when mountain conditions may be advanced for the beginner pilot.

Stevens Aeromodel provides towing services for Pikes Peak Paragliding. Bill Stevens is a certified tow technician. We use a Cloud Street Winch, which allows for both "Scooter" and Payout tows.

Towing rates start at $10 for short "Scooter" tows and Day Passes are available for $75.

We tow at three locations: Meadowlake Airport (Scooter tows), Calhan Airport (Scooter and Payout tows), and Hammer Road (Big Payout Tows).
